Nuvoya Concierge is a personalized travel planning service designed to assist with itinerary refinement, destination recommendations, accommodations, dining suggestions, transportation planning, and other travel-related requests. While we strive to provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations and booking assistance where available, all reservations, pricing, availability, operating hours, and travel conditions remain subject to change by the respective third-party providers. Concierge services are tailored to each traveler, and additional requests or significant changes to an existing itinerary may require additional planning time or fees.

Nuvoya recommends and, where available, may facilitate bookings with independent third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, restaurants, transportation companies, tour operators, attractions, and other travel-related businesses. These providers operate independently of Nuvoya and are solely responsible for their own services, pricing, availability, reservation policies, cancellations, delays, safety standards, and customer support. Nuvoya is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, service quality, or performance of any third-party provider. Before confirming any reservation, we encourage travelers to review the provider's terms, policies, and travel requirements.

Due to the personalized and digital nature of many Nuvoya products and services, purchases of completed digital itineraries, destination guides, and other downloadable products are generally non-refundable once delivered. Concierge services may be eligible for a refund or credit if canceled before planning work has begun. Once substantial planning, research, or itinerary development has commenced, refunds may be reduced or unavailable based on the work completed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of a purchased product or service, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You agree not to misuse the Nuvoya platform or its services. This includes, but is not limited to: (a) violating any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts; (c) interfering with the operation, security, or availability of the platform; (d) uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or other harmful technologies; (e) scraping, copying, or harvesting content or data from the platform without authorization; (f) using automated tools or bots to access the platform in a manner that disrupts normal operation; (g) impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity; or (h) using Nuvoya or its content for any unlawful or unauthorized commercial purpose.

However, travel information—including pricing, availability, operating hours, reservation policies, transportation schedules, weather conditions, local regulations, and destination details—may change without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of our content, Nuvoya does not warrant that all information will always be complete, accurate, or current. All services, recommendations, and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Travelers are responsible for verifying important details directly with the relevant providers before making travel decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuvoya and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, digital products, Concierge services, or any third-party travel services. This includes, without limitation, losses resulting from travel delays, cancellations, missed connections, changes in pricing or availability, personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of profits, or other travel-related disruptions beyond Nuvoya's reasonable control. In all cases, Nuvoya's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nuvoya for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nuvoya, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party; or (d) any content or information you submit through the platform.
